Vertice Digital uses local storage technologies and cookies to operate securely, remember preferences, and, only with prior authorization when required, measure and improve the service.
1. Categories
- Essential: authentication, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, and storage of this preference. They cannot be disabled from the panel because the service would not work correctly.
- Functional: interface preferences or optional features.
- Analytics: Google Analytics or other aggregate measurements used to understand performance and usage. They remain disabled until consent is obtained when applicable law requires it.
- Marketing: campaign attribution or advertising. They remain disabled by default.
2. Duration and third parties
The consent preference is kept for up to twelve months or until this policy changes. Authorized providers may process technical identifiers under their own terms and the applicable data-processing agreement.
3. Changing or withdrawing consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it and does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You can reopen the panel from the link in the application or delete cookies in your browser.
Privacy signals
Global Privacy Control (GPC) disables optional analytics and marketing in this browser, including previously accepted choices. The essential session cookie vd_gpc reflects the signal received by the server; it contains no personal identifier. Do Not Track does not trigger an automatic response. 4. Regional scope
We apply this mechanism according to the mandatory rules of the location where the service is offered, including Colombia, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Latin America.

What rejection or withdrawal does
Essential only disables optional categories; it does not cancel an account, accept new terms or purchase a plan. Version and date are checked, choices update across tabs of the same site and expire within 365 days. If the browser prevents storage, the choice is honored in the open page but may be requested again on navigation. A version change requires a new choice and rejection is not converted to acceptance.
Withdrawal stops future activations and removes known first-party identifiers of the withdrawn category when accessible to this site. It cannot erase every third-party cookie from Vértice or undo lawfully transmitted data; use provider controls or our channels to exercise rights. Analytics and Marketing are separate choices. Accepting Marketing cookies does not subscribe you to promotional email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Sites, third parties and devices
The corporate site, SaaS and businesses' custom domains may have separate storage; no synchronization across all domains or devices is promised. Language preferences may be shared within the configured Vértice domain. Google Play, payment pages and third-party links have their own notices. Web consent does not replace UMP or Android system settings.
The Google and Meta identifiers below are conditional: they appear only when an integration is enabled and its category authorized. Names or duration may depend on provider configuration; a new integration or material change requires updating the inventory and choice before activation. Listing a provider does not load it.
